Instructions:
1) Please report to the chapel by 2.25pm.

2) Please note that you will have to STAY BACK after CF to finish your duty.

3) Those on chairs duty are to push back the chairs and PA girls will have to keep the mikes, laptop etc.

4) Girls doing PA are required to bring writing materials to take down notes.

5) If you are unable to report for duty, please inform Cheryl
(9386 9382, 3E6) as early as possible.

6) Those names which are bolded are the i/cs for the day. Please take note of those who did/did not do their duty and inform Cheryl before CF.

7) Those who do not report for duty WITHOUT a valid reason, your attendance will be marked as ABSENT even if you come for CF. You will then have to produce an MC/letter.

8) Your attendance for CF INCLUDES your duty.

9) PLS TAKE YOUR OWN INITIATIVE TO CHECK YOUR DUTY ROSTER.
